Well I’m glad that the Ken Griffey Jr. to the Atlanta Braves report fizzled out. When even career Brave John Smoltz bolts town it’s a signal that the Braves are going in a different direction. It will be much more self-fulfilling for Griffey to let his career fade in Seattle where it all began.
